“Clean and tidy, close to train station”

“Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. The only TV is in the kitchen and so relaxing at the end of the day before bed by watching TV was not really possible My food had to be stored insecurely The access to the room I booked was up very steep steps with a low ceiling This……

“Our plane was cancelled and we informed Expedia that we would arrive one day later. Eventually we got refund of one night, and early check-in for free, which is very good. The apartment is clean and spacious, and there are sufficient washing tablets provided for washing machine and dish washer. There are also sufficient utensils for cooking. The location is good as it is only a few minute walk to the shopping mall. I hope that the window blinds can be changed to keep the bedrooms dark during……

“The overall accommodation was alright, we stayed in a two-room and two-bathroom unit. The bedding in the master bedroom was a bit dusty, with some small black spots on it. The reception staff did follow up, but since we arrived quite late, we changed the sheets ourselves. THE ROOM IS VERY LUXURY, HAVE SOFA AND ALL FACILITIES, BATHROOMS WITH TUB OVERALL FELT THAT SO CLEAN AND TIDY, AND THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPFUL, SPECIAL ASSIST THAT CAN EARLY CHECK IN AND STORAGE LUGGAGE. ALSO, A HOTEL LOCATION IS VERY EXCELLENT AS NEAR BUS STOP AROUND 5 MINUTES AND CAN WALK IN TO FAMOUS TOURIST ATTRACTIONS POINT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME IN UK.”
