“Nice hotel Helpful staff”

“Incredible for the little ones, amenities within the room were fantastic. They absolutely loved the treasure hunt. The room was decorated amazingly and was extremely clean. Just a good score with regard to the adults though, I would have liked to have some biscuits as part of the coffee-tea area as there was nothing with our brew after sitting down a long day. Milk is only just enough for one coffee or tea. Coffee machine made luke warm coffees. Headboard is rock hard would be more……

“Booked here to get a couple of hours sleep between flights. It was very close to T5, and extremely easy to get to. The front desk seemed a little disorganised, but for the price, you can’t really complain. Already booking again.”

“We booked here as would accept a pet which they did, and we apid the £30 fee, all fine. However, the room assigned was on the first floor down two long corridors and up 2 fligths of stairs and anotehr short flight of stairs. Not the best location for an animal who may need to go outside during the night. Thankfully, she didn't. There appeared to be plenty of ground floor rooms in other blocks, so would have been better to have had one of these. The hotel itself is an impressive array of……
