“The staff are fantastic and so friendly, making the stay really comfortable. However, the outdoor pool was quite dirty, including the loungers and the pool surfaces with bird poo and staining on the tiles. Also our room did not have air conditioning and it was extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep the first night. After this we had fans on which the hotel supplied. We had a lovely stay despite the small issues. ”

“Set in a lovely situation, away from all the hustle & bustle! The woodland walk on property that we asked about was actually no longer accessible, but just walking along the long driveway provided nice views of the countryside and flower-farm in the distance! We made use of the bar menu for our evening meal, and the breakfast buffet was good. The spa (Sunday daytime) was very quiet which was perfect. The staff were really nice and friendly. “Rooms were spacious. Bathroom and shower fantastic. Bed very comfortable. a little bit noisy in the morning as we faced the car park and were next to the staff entrance. Bar and restaurant were very lively. Food was good. Don't expect an intimate gourmet dining experience as it's essentially a bar. Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly. ”
