“We stayed in the long walk room, which had a comfy bed, the room was clean with quaint furniture. Caroline was very hospitable and allowed us to use the room ahead of time. Easy onsite parking, with many options to get to Windsor Castle, walking, by bus or by taxi. There is a convenience store and the Prince of Albert Pub across the road, which served up good pub grub. The full English breakfast was exceptional and mouthwatering. Caroline answered any questions we had and would go out of her way……

“This property was spacious, tastefully decorated, and clean. We loved our stay. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, Windsor Castle, and the train station. We were able to leave our bags in a locked closet until our room was ready. I felt very safe here. The girl on call when you check in was absolutely delightful. So sweet and friendly. One of my favorite people I met during my travels in the UK. I wish I'd gotten her name. She is a true gem. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Space is nice and worked well for our family. Only complaint was arriving at night wasn’t ideal as the front gate area had a homeless person hanging around. Once we entered the gate, the walkway smelled like someone had just urinated. It didn’t give the best first impression. Getting the key wasn’t hard, just cumbersome as there isn’t a front desk person to assist. ”

“The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.”

“We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. “Was meant to be a king bed but was a very small single. Poor soundproofing so hard to sleep as other residents were still up. Owner was helpful in the lead up to check in. Did the job but somewhat disappointing. ”
