“Wonderful place close to where I needed to be”

“Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value.”

“In general, all staffs from reception to cafe etc are very good and efficient! Rooftop pool is a wonderful experience 👍👍”

“We stayed at the Castle resort which was perfect for us. Slightly quieter and calmer for our SEN kiddies. A luggage trolley would have been helpful - not a far walk but tricky with kids.”

“We were visiting Legoland and meeting friends and this was a good location. Turned out to be a great location and a great hotel. Staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival and during our 2 night stay. Food was lovely , we had an evening meal and breakfast really good. Lovely hotel lots of amazing rooms to sit in. Bedroom was really nice with a view over the river which was stunning. The outside space was spectacular and we popped over to the 'River House' on the Sunday afternoon where……

“we have stayed here before and returned again the surroundings are beautiful and the hotel is lovely . very clean and staff can’t do enough for you .Alex the manager was an absolute star as we had had an issue the night before he couldn’t so enough for us ”

“The hotel is clean and there is a covered car park which is very good if you drive. The charge of the car park is £10 per day. The hotel is close to Legoland Windsor. The buffet dinner’s charge is £20 per adult which is value for money. One reason I chose this hotel is because it has a swimming pool. It was closed during my stay because of broken Pipe. I may stay in this hotel again next time maybe the day before I go to Heathrow.”
