“On arrival I waited at the reception counter for a while as the receptionist was out the back on his phone and didn’t know that I was there for 10 minutes. When the receptionist appeared he was friendly and checked me in then accompanied me to my room & let me in. When he left me I had a look round and soon realised that the room was filthy & pretty much everything in the room was broken. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting & the shower was unusable for anyone taller than 2ft. To add to that……

“Easy to book. Check in straightforward and welcoming. Plenty of safe parking. Double room and en-suite comfortable, clean and tidy. Fresh towels supplied each day when room serviced. Ladies serving breakfast very friendly and attentive. Good variety of breakfast options and the cooked breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and it was a great base for visiting Windsor Castle (20 min drive). Would definitely recommend as a good value B&B.”

“Accommodation itself was excellent. Very good condition and nice and clean. Location was great and all parts of Eton and Windsor were walkable. Communication was great from the property itself. NOT from Hotels.com who were hard to get through to and not very helpful. Night time noise wasn’t great being right on the road and near pub/restaurant. It was hot so windows had to stay open. ”
