“Some staff are not very helpful to customers with special needs and concern. Housekeeping is always rushing and customers are adjusting to them - not the other way around. With the high price they are charging, we hope they would re evaluate services to clients. We stayed for 6 days. I would still return but hope to see an improved team and customer service.”

“Great and helpful staff. The bartender was fun and awesome! The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfy. I don't love California and never feel safe but this hotel and area were beautiful and felt much safer. ”

“The staff was very friendly, our stay was probably the best we have ever had. We travel alot. The even wemt as far as to hand ojt a gift on mothers day which was very sweet. We booked with this hotel chain for our next trip already”

“The mandatory valet parking is an unnecessary burden and added expense. Also, the 4pm check in is too late and the room still was not ready on time. Using the app for check in did not work. Even though a room was assigned around check in time I never received a digital key and had to check in at the desk. Then they assigned another room, which took more time for check in than usual. Our flight has us arrive at noon and it was still closer to 4:30 before we got into the room.”

“The room was pretty new and big, free parking and very close to the room. Fairly good price considering the location.”

“I had a great short stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The area is great and the staff were helpful about directing me how early to leave to get to the concert across town. ”
