“My stay was great.”

“Horrible experience!!! 1st off I get to the hotel and the guy at the desk informs me that the TV doesn’t work. Inconvenient but decided to deal with it. (No discount for loss of amenities or anything) then I was getting ready to go out with my girlfriend and we get a knock on the door and it’s the front desk guy saying I have to pay $100+ again (room was already paid in full) or I had to get out. Took hours to get resolved and still no compensation. Ruined our whole night ”

“A good trip! The hotel front desk is very good, polite, and comfortable. The environment is very clean, but there is always some noise around 6am. I don't know if it's people walking or if the staff are walking in the hallway. Overall, it is very suitable for travel and living.”

“Looks like just remodeled so everything looks pretty new. The restaurant in the same plaza outside got shut down which affects the environment outside the hotel.”
