“Perfect spot for our visit to LA. This Marina del Rey apartment is clean and as described in the listing. The mattresses were comfortable. We enjoyed having the washer/dryer in the apartment to wash our exercise clothes after using the well-equipped gym. “Building exterior has deferred maintenance and is not exciting on approach. Only 1 parking place was tough - but not terrible. A few little things, but overall the home was great for what we needed - close to Disneyland and room for family. Beds were comfy and it was quiet.”

“Such a great location and property. Everything you could want for a location in so cal close to Disneyland. The walk to the park is not too bad. Our kids adored the bunk beds. All the beds are super comfortable. Check out instructions are clear and easy. The owner was super nice and responsive. Highly highly recommend ”

“This was the third time we have stayed in Rita's place. The condo is very clean, in a convenient location, quiet, and spacious. We love it! Rita is always easy to contact, and she is very kind and happy to answer any questions; although we had few questions because precise information was readily available on the site and inside the unit. “Excellent, walkable area. We were in LA for a hockey game at Crypto.com arena. Jordi's place served the purpose very well. It was easy to find, check in and park. There were tons of places to eat and see in the area as well and we didn't feel unsafe at any time. The condo itself was even better than we'd hoped. It was very large and spacious and the pull out couch was very comfortable (so said our 23 year old daughter, hah!). It was also well equipped with all appliances and dishes you'd need……

“Great little condo, walkable to the beach and the second st downtown shopping and dining. The kitchen is set up if you want to do some cooking. The one draw back is your bedroom is also the main living area, so you could not entertain. Would also be nice if the front yard was set up with some seating, but since there are other units, maybe that's an issue. Overall, good deal. ”
