“Property was very nice! I had some difficulty initially getting access but the owner was in regular contact with me. Honestly, I think that is really important and helpful - that the owner was willing to communicate and help with guidance to access the unit. Which turned out to be very simple! We just had a miscommunication. The unit was spacious and very nice. And, for being located on a somewhat busy street, was also very quiet. Be sure to park in the driveway and not on the street! “We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. None of the items missing were a huge deal, but would have been nice to have. Cute place, quiet neighborhood, and……

“House is great, Everything was nice except the neighbors who think any sound at all even from baby's in the middle of the day is something to complain about. We did not make unreasonable noise for an unreasonable time. I don't remember giving up my first amendment rights or my fourth amendment rights as any complaints from anyone gives them the right to unwarranted search. Anaheim rentals is fighting this in court and I pray you win. I would love to rent in Anaheim again but that city……

“This vacation was for my dad's 60th birthday. Our family ranges from infants to adults and it was perfect for all. The top floor was our favorite place to hang out, with the rooftop balcony and pool table for entertainment. We also loved the beach access and waking up daily to make breakfast with these beautiful views. The ceiling-to-floor windows let us watch dolphins and whales while making meals together. It was magical. This was by far the best birthday trip my dad could have asked for.……

“We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s.
