“Great property and very close to everything!”

“We planned a family vacation here in California before our oldest moves on to college. We thought a Vrbo rental would be more cost effective for us than reserving multiple rooms in a local hotel. Price point was great for the amount of space in the home. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of space and privacy for all. The inside of the home was super clean & nicely kept. The house was equipped with all the essentials needed for our stay. There were kitchen supplies in cade we wanted to cook……

“This place is a dump. We were a group of 4 different families. Two “bedrooms” on the right of the house are not bedrooms and did not offer adequate privacy. One had windows for doors and the other had no exist to the main living space except through another "bedroom". Neither had closet space.The backyard was filthy upon our arrival. Debris everywhere including glass! My daughter got glass in her foot and is now on antibiotics and we believe some glass shards may still be in her foot!The front……

“This was above our expectations. It was a gorgeous home with a beautiful pool/hot tub. Absolutely loved that we could watch fireworks every night at 930 from the front lawn. We will gladly do business with this property management again!!!”

“We are a family of 7. There were enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. Not enough seating in the living room. It would've been nice to have more towels. Also, hand towels to dry our hands off with. This was a nice vrbo, just not the best.. On the bright side it's only a few minutes away from Knotts Berry Farm. ”

“This house was exactly the right number of rooms and beds for our family. We arrived in the middle of a strong rain storm--and we were extremely tired and excited. The property manager was very communicative with us prior to our trip and everything in the house was exactly what we expected. We found a delightful Japanese restaurant close by on Yelp and that was helpful. We were in Disneyland pretty much the entire time, and the house's location was a pretty easy freeway ride away. “Nice little house close to Disneyland, but wouldn't consider it within walking distance! The pool and game room made it a perfect accomadation for kids. Funky bathroom layout w 2nd (smaller) BR on the far side of house. We made it work, but it is just an odd configuration. Communication with owner was easy. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover.
