“Lovely immaculate hotel with excellent staff ”

“Clean and tidy overall. Staff are attentive and professional. However, rooms facing the carpark were noisy overnight. I need asking for changing my room to the other side of the hotel.”

“Had a lovely visit the staff are friendly chatty and offer excellent service, the bar is clean and again friendly helpful staff, the restaurant is gorgeous and offers great choice of food, the food snd service are excellent. The room was large lots of space clean and comfortable. Fabulous place to stay in heart of everything facing the Cathedral, short walk to Chester Wall, short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. ”

“Provides shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer. Clean and comfortable beds and good breakfast. Pleasant helpful staff. Convenient for what we wantes to do. Stayed many times. Hotel a bit dated in terms of decor and comment on that as that may be important to others but isnt to me. All pluses for my wants and needs = outweigh that)”

“Hotel staff are lovely! Rooms are a-bit dated, as a youngish couple we think it could have done with a refurb, more suited for the older generation but it was a nice stay! Breakfast was ok, the swimming area isn’t very big, if there was beds to lay on I would have stayed in the pool area longer and relaxed. Overall good stay. ”

“We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,……
