“This hotel is located near the ferry to Maine. It’s the only reason to spend a night in this town. On Sunday almost everything is closed. The town is clean, safe with a pretty harbor. ”

“Full breakfast, clean, lovely furnishings. Super convenient to downtown (galleries, restaurants, excellent coffee spot!), historical places and the harbor. Knowledgeable and pleasant owners! Thank you! Our two were challenges were parking (there is a small lot but our rental car was huge so it was a tight) and our third floor room. We had heavy and big suitcases (no elevator!) and room was in former attic with slanted ceilings… hit my head consistently! But highly recommend the Garrison House……

“The inn was an old traditional inn but with all of the modern amenities that you need to be comfortable. The WiFi and televisions worked great. The shower had plenty of hot water and everything was super clean. We had to leave very early and we were going to miss breakfast. The owner left bag breakfasts in the fridge so we could take them with us. The inn was a short walk to a beautiful cove and we got to observe a Bay of Fundy low tide. Overall a great experience. ”

“This is a classic historic maritime house, there was lots of room here! It was clean and comfortable and we each had our own bathroom. It was a very quick walk to all the action in downtown Digby, we enjoyed that part very much. Our responsive hosts were very welcoming.”
