“Bring your groceries and leave your worries behind. This out-of-the-way vacation cottage is a great place to settle in and watch the waves. We spotted seals, eagles and fishing boats gliding past. The road onto the island, with it's twists, turns and one-lane bridge, adds to the charm. The property provides a sense of isolation but neighbours are nearby if needed. “We checked in Friday afternoon went out Saturday morning got back Saturday night to find out there was no water the pump went in the well I called the owner Sunday morning and told him about it he apologized many times he also refunded half my money back within a few minutes the care taker had a couple of big jugs of water for me so I was able to stay until Monday morning it’s a nice place and if i had to rate the owner I would give him a 10 out of 10”

“Wonderful place to stay”

“This was the PERFECT place to stay for us. Four adults (two couples) so the living room and deck was perfect for us to be able to socialize comfortable in the evening. The kitchen was large and stocked with all the dishes and appliances you would need. It was SUPER clean. The double beds were cozy - we are used to a Queen size, so we just cuddled. All good, and comfortable mattresses. The view is stunning, and the quiet street made a midnight walk by the water a beautiful end to our……

“The 2 bedroom, 3 bed house was great. It was clean, well stocked and located right off the beach. It is quiet with a great view. Highly recommend staying here if you don't mind the drive to get places. Cape Breton in the fall is absolutely beautiful! A must see!”
