“Hotel in quiet end of town. 20min walk to Southern Cross Station. Hotel clean & well presented. Rooms well laid out with washing machine/dryer & cooking facilities. Pool & hot tub was a bonus. Friendly staff. Easy (& cheaper than most places) parking.”

“We had issues on initial check-in that the room we booked was not what we got. We spoke to reception on initial check in before unpacking any luggage as we noticed the bed seemed small considering we were expecting a king bed and were told that room is the room we are in so my post-op husband got into bed. His feet were hanging over the bed end and he was taking up 2/3 of the bed meaning it was only a double bed - not a king, not even a queen. I spoke to reception again (this time with photos of……

“Unlike some of the comments, the location is not convenient. 10min walk from nearest tram station and 20min walk from nearest free tram station. However there are many restaurants (mainly Italian) ard the hotel. Impressed by receptionist Paul, very enthusiastic to introduce the environment around the hotel and Melbourne city, very welcoming. However, was so disappointed by the staff Jack. impatient and unhelpful on arranging the shuttle bus to the airport. Probably wont stay again.”

“飯店直接說要住到七天才會打掃, 否則不管住幾晚都要自己丟毛巾在門口, 再到櫃台索取新毛巾, 但是櫃台毛巾又短缺要不到, 說要再人送到房間結果等一個小時都沒有人來, 打電話去櫃檯說要送去了, 然後再等半小時直接下去櫃檯發現在滑手機, 同時櫃台前面空無一人沒有在忙其他客人......感受很差, 出門一整天回來想沖個澡結果沒有毛巾空等一個半小時...浪費寶貴的旅行時間”
