“This was a super nice, brand new property. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bedroom also has a loft with two additional beds for a small or flexible person. Really an ideal arrangement for Grandma, Grandpa, Mom, Dad, and a couple kids. I think we were the first people to ever stay in the unit. “We enjoyed virtually everything about this lodging experience! Everything was clean and orderly. The location was peaceful and within walking distance of Main Street. Free parking was available right outside the door. Even had a outdoor space with Adirondack chairs. Highly recommend!”

“This property was clean but dated, although we did have an ant problem. If you're looking for a place to just crash after a long day in Moab or the National Parks, this place is perfectly fine. “House was in a fantastic location, can't beat it. Easy access to everything that you need. Worked great for 6 of us traveling together, plenty of room. Would've liked more linen options. Four of us were sharing the main bathroom and there were only two wash cloths and barely enough towels. Only 4 pool/hot tub towels too, so if you have a big group keep that on mind. “5 min drive into the core of Moab. 5 min to arches national park Quiet, clean, large 2 door garage space for gear or bikes, no bbq on the deck. Park with a pool n hot tub, bbq in the park, corn hole, spring in the park with a man made creek was a blast for the kids to play in. City bike trail out front of property. Coffee shop on the property was a 3.5/5 Ice chest in the ice house next door to use. Only down side is Vacasa fees compare to renting through Moab Springs directly. ”

“The first appeared dirty when we walked in. Everything else appeared clean. The bathroom window wouldn't close and lock. The bathroom door was broken in that it wouldn't lock properly.
