“A great property! The room was outfitted well; very comfortable. The common area was fantastic, with lots of room to socialize with the other guests. “We booked this property last minute after hiking all day and were so pleased with everything! The lease office was closed, but Mark in the sales office took amazing care of us! He gave us a welcome beverage and helped orient us to the property and even gave us a personal contact number incase we had an issue. Views were absolutely stunning and the property was pristine. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day and the stars felt reachable! We will definitely stay here again!! ”

“I stayed here for the weekend while visiting my daughter at CMU. Super clean and comfortable with lots of room. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Mike was extremely gracious with an early check in since I arrived a little earlier than expected and super prompt with any messages or requests we sent. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“The house was clean and very open. It fit 5 of us comfortably. We were attending Phenomecon, the house was a 5 min drive to the convention center and the downtown area. We loved staying at this property and would love to stay here again next time we wander up to Vernal. ”

“Our family had a wonderful stay at The Grant House! We had 8 adults and there was a ton of space for everyone to spread out but yet be close enough for dinner & game nights! The property itself was spectacular!! Waking up and having coffee on the covered patio was breathtakingly beautiful. We loved all the space & seclusion this home offered. We also loved that it had extra bedding/blankets throughout the house. Our family LOVED the movie theater/pool room the most. Spent most of evening playing……

“We had a great time staying at this wonderful VRBO in Moab! It was clean and roomy, with tons of seating and comfortable beds. The house was well stocked in the kitchen and other areas. We were happy to have an enclosed garage--not something we've had before. The owner/manager was a dream to communicate with, answering our questions promptly and offering helpful info. We would definitely recommend this VRBO! ”
