“Didn’t know what to expect, as this was our first time staying at this type of property, however the staff was phenomenal and the property was well thought out. They planned for everything, there were so many activities to choose from and the tent was amazing. I was a little nervous about the shared bathrooms but no need to be! They were clean and had everything you could want/need. All of this was second to the spectacular views! Best place to catch a sunset and sunrise. An earlier review……

“Having separate rooms for each family and a separate gathering place away from napping babies was a huge success for our family reunion of 30 people. The location is also close to Dinosaur National Monument and lots of other things to do. ”

“This property fit our family perfectly. 6 couples and numerous cousins. Location was only a few miles to downtown Moab and 6 miles from Arches National Park. Property manager was very responsive on any concers. Kitchen had everything you could ever need to cook meals for 24!”

“We rented this for our elopement so our friends could all stay with us. The listing said it sleeps 28-30 (I can’t remember exactly) but that really would only apply to adults AND their children. Half of our group sadly had to get another rental so spouses could share a bed and not have to sleep in separate bunk beds in the same room as other couples. I was also a little confused based on the listing - I was unaware that there are 2 houses that share a pool and hot tub in the middle. Probably……
