“This was a great place to stay! It was quiet and just a short drive to anything you need. I give them props as well for being very quick to respond. A battery got low to a smoke detector and it began chirping. They immediately responded asking what time we would like them to come out in a new battery. Nice easy to work with people. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable. Great bed. ”

“This is a very nice place and space, particularly for 2 couples. It is right off the main street, so everything in downtown Moab is within walking distance. Yet, this is on a quiet side street tucked away from the tourist crowds.The kitchen was devoid of basic cooking supplies (oil, sugar, flour, etc.) or spices (except for salt and pepper), so plan accordingly.”

“Fantastic property and wonderful communication made this a great stay. Lots of towels and soap was great too. We were only 2 people in our group and this property easily can hold 4-6 comfortably and we didn't even use the 3rd bedroom. Loved it and will plan to return again !!! Thanks”

“My wife & I just spent 10 nights at this home for our annual Moab mt bike trip. It was one of the best VRBO homes we've ever stayed at. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds with large closets. The complex is convenient to town & the mt biking trails but still far enough away to be quiet. There was nothing to complain about. We will definitely stay here again on our 2025 trip to Moab.”
