“Our stay was wonderful. Very refreshing to stay in a full-service hotel in these days when everything is do-it-yourself. The breakfast buffet was amazing, staff was very helpful but non-intrusive, will definitely go back next time we're in the area.”

“The shuttle service is one of the reason I picked this hotel , however the shuttle transfer reservation system it’s a little bit messy. after I make a complaint. The hotel management has arranged the relevant service , however i realised that actually they didn’t do any check up regarding the confirmation, so basically is the backend third-party system gave me a lot of hassle ”

“房間很寬敞，設備齊全，出乎意料有兩間浴室，我們住宿了十晚，整體而言經驗很不錯，是個很適合度假的地方，也可以透過簡訊隨時跟飯店溝通需求跟反應問題。飯店內有很多有休閒設施可以使用，像是有簡單滑水道的游泳池、踏板船、腳踏車、健身房等等，很不錯。 缺點有兩項：我們是因為有提供環球影城和迪士尼接駁而住這邊，接駁車雖說是免費但其實包含在每天25美金（稅前）的設施使用費內。另外，接駁車是跟第三方合作，途中會接很多飯店的遊客，這間飯店距離較遠，所以需要比較早起床，比較晚回來，而且我們旅途期間還發生一次不愉快經歷：接駁車遲到一小時，回到飯店已經凌晨。建議大家如果為了接駁車選擇這家可以再考慮。 另外，房間是每隔幾天打掃一次，但是打掃人員有點粗心。我們房間內跟門口出現了一整包的毛巾，房間內的地板也沒有打掃乾淨。”

“The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……
