“Nice place for a golf trip...”

“We had a great weekend and loved the set up of the two condos joined by that hallway. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all basic supplies we needed. Units could def use some updating- couch super worn in one of the units,, drapes and bed skirts look sloppy, could use new carpeting, but didn’t really affect how great our weekend was!”

“There were a few things showing some wear and tear but overall it was a great stay! We were there for a middle school church gathering and they all want to come back to this place next year.”

“This property was one of the few that met our needs for a 4 bedroom for 3 couples and a toddler. We reached all activities in the area with a 20-30 min drive. Shopping was located about 10 minutes away. The resort was very clean and secure, with a 24-hour staffed guard gate. The check-in process was slow, about 40 minutes on Friday ~5pm. The unit was 2 almost identical units next to each other with a central door. We closed the main door and left the unit doors open so family could walk……

“We knew what to expect staying at the Colonies, as we are former timeshare owners ourselves, and had stayed here before. It’s a very nice property with spacious villas in a great location, so we were happy with our decision to return. Chad was great with communication, and was able to get us set up for our stay in advance (guest certificate) without any issue. A few very minor issues with the unit due to the age of the property, which we addressed with maintenance, but nothing that would prevent……

“The property was nice, but we didn’t realize it was a timeshare & we would be pulled into a 2 hour meeting with our 6 year old on our first full day, before we actually got to even check out the amenities. Regardless the condo was nice, though the mattresss were a bit stiff & could use updating.”
