Owner stay in touch and is quick to respond to emails on the VRBO app. You will have all the information you need prior to your arrival in several emails on the app. When you arrive the home is clean and very inviting. We arrived to a house that was very comfortable and cooled. Even the dining room table was set for 6. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked with complete sets of dinner ware for both inside and out by the pool. Yes a complete set of nice plastic dinner……

“5 Stars! The house was fabulous! Clean, roomy, lovely and had everything we needed. Just the two of stayed, but it is clearly perfect for a family with children. We would definitely stay again. The neighborhood is also really great and safe. We loved the porch and backyard. It was too cool (surprisingly) to use the pool, but the hot tub was wonderful and super clean. The grill was also clean and ready for us to enjoy. No complaints at all, just compliments. Rent this house!”

“Check in went very smoothly. The house was well kept and supplied with most things. There was only 1 extra roll of TP so a supply of TP would be nice. Also, the kitchen floor looked clean until we had to wipe up a little spill and noticed the whole floor needed mopping, and some of the kitchen drawers had crumbs and looked dirty. The panel that is broken in hot tub needs fixing and curtain rod in little room off kitchen is broken. These are just little things but do make a difference. We……
