“Beautiful ”

“I’ve stayed there for 6 nights and it was so peaceful. The area is very quiet and secure. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels daily. Esther was lovely, always there looking after us and making sure that we were ok. Her breakfast every morning was delicious with fresh fruits and juice I would go back in a heartbeat ”

“Most of the facilities and services were satisfactory, but the hotel lacked consideration for golf players regarding check-out times. Even if start playing golf at 7 am when the golf course opens, at least 4 hours of play time is needed and extra 1 hour for showering and check-out preparation, but I was asked to check out at 10 am, and even if late check-out was allowed, I was asked to check out by 11:30 am at the latest. I think this is because the hotel, (they say 'Golf Resort'), does not……

“Customer service was excellent. Any small issue we had was resolved quickly and courteously. Breakfast was nice and brought to our room on time. The bathroom was small, but the water heater worked fine. The room was spacious. The balconies were not all finished, but the view of the lake was lovely. ”

The staff are friendly and attentive, though service can be slow during busy times. The food was excellent although, as above, the service could be improved.”
