“All the staff were Amazing and so helpful. Food was lovely, the service was excellent.”

“Staying here was a lovely experience. Fantastic location. Great, friendly service from all staff. Enjoyable bar food. Huge choice of drinks. Wonderful continental breakfast which included fresh fruit & exotic yoghurts, continental cold meats, cheese, cereals, choice of breads & selection of pastries. Really comfortable bed & pillows in attractive bedroom with great views from those in the front of the hotel. Only disappointment was having to pay £12.50 per day for parking. The photo was taken……

“The property was great, we had booked a deluxe double room which was on the 2nd floor and had views of the small woodland area. The room was nice sized and very comfortable. We had free access to the Spa, which was alright. Lots of kids in the swimming pool and clear signs on dos and donts for the sauna so people were entering with plastic slippers, walking boots and also bringing plastic water bottles inside - this can definitely improve. Maybe add a separate kids pool area so adults can enjoy……

“Staff welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms very comfortable. It was a lovely place to stay. The bar is a great chill area outside overlooking the blossoms and grounds. I would definitely recommend. We staying in a suite in the Courtyard.”

“Lovely bolt hole for a few days away visiting various places in Cornwall by train and bus. Just a note to self, if we stayed another time I'd bring dry shampoo as the water pressure wasn't great for my hair. Also if you have a weak bladder, make sure you book ”

“The owners were very friendly. A cosy place, room was clean slightly dated. The room my wife and I was in had signs of an old leak on ceiling, some repairs needed but nothing serious. Both of us found the bed a little soft for our liking. There are no restaurants close by within easy walking distance, but there are plenty of choices by car within 10 - 20 mins.”
