“This is a well stocked cabin and the only one I have been to that the bed was almost as good as my sleep number, firm enough but has a foam topper for pressure points. It is quiet and we really enjoy sitting on the deck after fishing most of the day. We come to Norfork to fish almost every year and this is our preferred cabin when the whole family goes. “We absolutely loved this place. I am quite particular about cleanliness and a comfy bed and this far exceeded my expectations. This place is unique, well made, peaceful, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. My husband and I slept in the upstairs loft (very large bedroom with a half-bath). There are four sunlight windows in the roof. I found it absolutely wonderful to wake up in that extremely comfortable bed with the sunlight shining in. “We had a great stay. Everything was pretty. Two things I wish I would have known was that there isn't outdoor privacy. All the other homes were very close. The other was that I wish one of the beds were king to guve a little more room. But it is beautiful and the cabin is gorgeous! The area around the lake is scenic. We we visited the lake was flooded. Our host were great and communicating with them was easy. p”

“Hosts were extremely friendly and great communication. The place was clean and a cut above. So peaceful and unique. Close to Mountain Home and Cotter. If you have the time you got to check out the historic town of Cotter. We will be regular visitors. Thanks again for making our stay so wonderful.”

“We have stayed at this cabin several time. It is convenient for us in that it has accommodations we like and a boat launch. This could be a really nice place it was cleaned up about. Yard mowed, rid of old stuff lying around. It needs some TLC, I’m speaking from a woman’s point of view. Ceiling fans were very dirty, foil lining bottom of oven was dirty, there were dishes in the dishwasher. There were men’s clothes hanging in the closet which was weird to me. We will go back because of the……

“The property was perfect for us. Quiet and comfortable. The only complaint we have is the guide boats continually going up and down the river. Some were very polite and slowed down near the dock where we fished. Others were very rude. But that is no fault of the property owner. Walt was very accommodating. A super person to work with! We look forward to returning in the fall.”

“This was our second stay at this property. Very comfortable and right on the river. Our fishing guides picked us up at tbe property's boat dock. So convenient!!”

“Cheryl thought of everything in this cozy cottage. I was so surprised to find a closet to hang clothes and a foldable rack for my suitcase. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels. Everything you could want. Comfortable bed, . It was perfection & she is a sweetheart on top of everything else.”
