“Ken and his staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was stress free. Our needs were anticipated and they were happy to assist us morning, day and evening, even when we were not on the premises. Prior to our arrival Ken arranged airport transportation. We decided to rent a vehicle and Ken arranged a car for us which was delivered to our front door. The accommodations were marvelous. Our chef went out of her way to prepare the lionfish that we caught. Even though it wasn't on the menu……

“Would definitely visit again. It looked beautiful. Prices are same as you would expect in US. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is good. We did not have the opportunity to walk the grounds due to me slipping and cutting my ankle. Beware of wet tile on patios. ”

“Given the ratings/reviews & my experience with similar caliber properties around the world, I was disappointed in certain things. The security guard at the front gate of the property was extremely rude. Didn't welcome us but asked what we were doing there. Our driver was very taken back by his behavior & said he's never seen anyone so rude at this establishment. Two days prior to arrival, I was sent an email form w/ one of the questions asking when we'd be arriving. I selected the noon-2pm……
