“Incredible setting and offered some privacy ”

“The cottage was nicely furnished, but was not cleaned very well. It had everything you could need. We got snow and that was great to see. Beds were comfy and fireplace was great! Location was great.”

“Our stay in Tahoe was more enjoyable with this house. Good location and right on the water. The home is right off North Lake Blvd so there is some traffic noise but the view and being lakefront more than make up for the noise. ”

“We spent 5 nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday and overall enjoyed the stay. The location is what sold us. The views from the back deck are spectacular. The unit itself was comfortable but has some deferred maintenance that absolutely needs to be addressed. Part of the draw to this location was that it advertised a gas fireplace. It did not work the entire time we were there. They did send out a maintenance tech but he indicated that they have been having issues with the fireplace for……

“Really loved our stay. Was originally going with my son for spring break. At the last minute, one of his friends and friends' dad came along as well. Was worried if the place was big enough but no issues at all. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Real ski in/out makes such a big difference. Would definitely stay here again.”

The unit is easy to access, very clean, perfect lake side location, and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The host is so kind, very quick with communication and easy to contact. We decided this will be our go to annual vacation home, and already cannot wait to go back next year!! ”

“Great location near everything”

“This cabin is in a gorgeous location, but the price is high for what you get. The cabin itself is very dated, the hot tub lid has degraded to the point of falling apart and has trouble maintaining heat. I chose this spot over others because of the hot tub. There is a two foot long piece or sharp rebar that is exposed out of the concrete at the top of the stairs leading down to the cabin. This is very dangerous and a liability waiting to happen. ”
