“One of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in my life. The location is great (use the beach entrance at the back of the hotel!) and the staff is so attentive. The hotel itself was beautiful and I wanted to stay in more than go out. I enjoyed my room and view. They have so many conveniences at the hotel that you will be so comfortable. The only issue I had was hammering in the morning but that was a one-off. I would highly recommend this hotel. Give the housekeeping team a raise because……

“Rm 532 ocean view… wonderful with jacuzzi bath & candle, Dyson hairdryer. The toiletries were so delicately scented, Hotel lounge area is used for a lot of external meetings, which can be noisy and not resident friendly, and a friend we dined with said the lounge is extremely busy at weekends. So, not sure what areas they have for hotel guests. Beach and boardwalk lovely, but a lot of homeless men around and not sure l would feel safe at night out walking.”

“You won’t find a better deal in Santa Monica. The hotel is clean, conveniently located near the beach and attractions, and offers free parking, which is a big plus. The only downside is that the cleaning staff occasionally entered our room while we were still inside. Although they knocked beforehand, they came in a bit too quickly, which was a bit surprising.”

“Lovely hotel next to the beach and very close to the shops and restaurants. I felt very safe here. The 1st night we were given a room at the front of the hotel, which was noisy from cars racing along the street, but after raising this with reception we were given a new room which was slightly smaller but lovely. The gym was superb. We did hire a cabana at the pool - which i wouldn't recommend. The pool staff had no idea what was included in the cabana package and we were bought over a fruit……
