“We had a lovely stay over New Year in this very cosy character cottage in a perfect location just off the high street in Bridport, a short walk to all the pubs and shops (but very quiet, being in a small lane tucked in behind the high street)). Susan is very communicative and is quick to reply to any queries. Would definitely stay again.”

“Comfortable cottage with lots of extras the cookies were delicious and the coffee machine easy to use, you do need to be a bit of a contortionist to get round the bed but it wasn’t a problem. The town has some lovely eating places The Mitre was surprisingly good and has amazing views”

“The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. “Great location. Good size property for what we needed. Sad to say it was not very clean, lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Mould on the windows . It needs a full refurbishment as there were mismatch furniture, walls need decorating. Old screw holes in places. Old tatty tea towels with holes in and bleach marks on them. Not expensive to supply . ”

“Great location and hut as described. Cozy and great little enclosed garden which is safe for a dog, mine loved it. Stayed for four nights and loved it. Great hut, really well thought out. Looks out on open countryside with sheep and lambs in fields next door, only sounds were birds singing and sheep bleating. Only downside was postcode doesn’t take you to property, but asked someone and is only a few minutes away. Only one wine glass available, luckily only me staying and I always take a flute……

“What a wonderful cottage! Our family of four, with two children, spent a beautiful week in Catriona's and Lorenzo's listed house. It was tastefully, warmly and cozily furnished, with a lovely garden filled with birdsong for dining and relaxing, and a kitchen that left nothing to be desired—especially after discovering your fantastic wine. It was delightful to enjoy the peace and quiet, but also to be able to walk to the picturesque town of Shaftesbury. We are grateful for our discovery and hope……
