“I stayed here with my husband. It is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly enough but we had come from another hotel in Marrakesh and compared to that hotel, the customer service wasn’t as good. We arrived around 4pm I believe and the room wasn’t ready so we had a little wait in the lobby, maybe 15-30mins. I have VIP perks with Expedia but didn’t feel that gave me anything at this hotel (I hadn’t checked if I’d be entitled to anything). The bars in the hotel were nice and the hotel is……

Very polite, friendly, showed us the places to go in the medina, actually took us there, made us feel safe. Even took us to the taxi area and helped us get a taxi. “Als Selbstfahrer mit dem Mietauto ist die Zufahrt zum Hotel nicht ganz einfach zu finden und man sollte nicht blind dem Navigationsgerät folgen. Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Eingang zur Djemaa El-Fnaa und zur Medina, alles in Gehdistanz. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön mit einem schönen Innenhof. Tolle Rooftopbar und gutes Restaurant. “I can’t say enough good things about this property. The location of this Riad is just inside the Medina so I it’s a 2 min walk from taxi drop off. The property is so beautiful and within walking distance of markets, shopping, palaces, tombs, college, mosques, Square. The staff were outstanding from front desk to restaurant to housekeeping!!! The breakfast provided by this Riad is incredible!! All traditional Moroccan food. I would highly recommend this property!!”

“This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. “Wunderbares Design des Riads als Ganzes und auch des Zimmers. Sehr gutes Frühstück,. Überaus guter Service. Gute Lage am Südrand der Medina. Dennoch sehr ruhig und weit ab vom Trubel. Ein Minuspunkt: Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel in Marrakesch, und die Nächte waren sehr kalt. Das Riad verfügt nicht über eine Heizung, sondern nur über ein mobiles Elektoheizgerät für den Schlafraum und das Bad. Beide Räume zur selben Zeit sind also nie warm. Und es dauert auch gut 30 Minuten, bis ein Raum……
