“I stayed here with my husband. It is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly enough but we had come from another hotel in Marrakesh and compared to that hotel, the customer service wasn’t as good. We arrived around 4pm I believe and the room wasn’t ready so we had a little wait in the lobby, maybe 15-30mins.
