“I have previously stayed at this hotel July 24. I arrived on the 23rd April 25 after booking with Expedia. Was informed by the reception team no reservation had been made for my stay .i found this very embarrassing. I was told it was Expedia fault but luckily I had my booking confirmation from Expedia. “We had a room on the groundfloor with access to the picturesque patio. It was very quiet. There is a large beautiful terrace, a quite big plunge pool in another patio. All very beautiful. Service is great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location of the Riad outside the medina is actually an advantage as the area is not as loud and crowded. We will definitely be back.”

“We had a really lovely stay at Riad Altair. Couldn't really fault the property. Abdul was an absolute delight and such a lovely first impression, as were the whole staff who were all so friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable, and the morning breakfast was tasty. They make eggs to order. I guess my 4-star rating probably comes down to value for money, as we paid close to $250 AUD a night, and I'm not quite sure it was worth that. Not quite sure we got bang for our buck, but maybe……

“I wanted to stay at a traditional Moroccan riad and this property did not disappoint. It is nestled in the heart of a vibrant community but once inside guests are greeted with tranquility, Moroccan tea of course, and lots of hospitality. I loved our room, the breakfast and eating out on the rooftop garden. I would highly recommend if you want an authentic, non-commercial experience. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Riad Lapiz Lazuli. It had charm and character, but most of all, Abdou and Matthieu made us feel very welcome. They were helpful, extremely accommodating, and friendly and gave us loads of tips and advice for getting around and sorted the transfer, meals, and trip out for us. The plunge pool and roof terrace were very much enjoyed, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was basic but enough, with the bathroom a little tired and run-down but I believe they were……

“The pool, staff and location were great. The lack of pillows on the bed was strange and the shower was really gross. Lots of mold. The first night our room was terrible. Broken closet, shower moldy and leaked all over the bathroom floor. They were very kind and moved us the next day to a larger room. ”
