“Good hotel and great facilities. Two pools, one of which is the party pool and the other a more chilled pool. Good food options and generally a good hotel. Only issue we had was at the end when sorting taxi to the airport. We asked the reception and told no hotel transfer available. That was fine and i had to organise my own. I did using Idrive ( morrocos uber) however when the taxi arrived i was stopped at the door by hotel staff from going to the taxi and they said they’re bad and not……

“Parfait”

“A beautiful hotel a short drive outside the medina. Choose it for lush grounds, a friendly team and a great pool. We had a few problems with our room which were raised with the staff and resolved to a degree. Be wary of the superior bungalow with courtyard view… it’s actually in the car park and does not reflect the high standards and ambience the hotel generally sets.”

“Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing. ”

“Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel juste après notre mariage pour nous reposer, et c’était tout simplement le choix parfait ! L’endroit est magnifique, d’une propreté irréprochable, et surtout, incroyablement calme. On est à l’abri du bruit de Marrakech tout en restant à proximité de tout en voiture. J’ai été totalement impressionnée par la décoration, chaque espace est sublimé par une touche marocaine élégante et authentique. On ressent un vrai souci du détail qui rend le lieu encore plus……

“Superb accomodation, in terms of space, cleanliness and comfort. Only downside is location, it's 20mins away from main city with no shops around it. Bit of a hassle booking in.”

“Property was clean Staff were not very helpful and provided conflicting information Too many stairs which made getting luggage in and out very difficult. The property we booked was on the first floor but they double book it and we end up on 2nd floor with likely 20 stairs.”
