“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is modern and clean as displayed in the picture. A bit of issue is that the parking outside is very limited (open for holiday inn guests) despite we’ve paid for the parking (NZ$15/night) the parking is always full and we need to go in to reception desk to ask the stuff to open the basement and use the staff parking over there. I believe the hotel should control the number of parking permits issued to guests so to make sure this won’t happen……

“Kinross is a fantastic place to stay. The cottage is not only spacious but neatly designed. The environment was superb. Also got a small bistro that serves wonderful wine, dinner and breakfast! The service was excellent. Would highly recommend this place.”

"Stayed for 5 nights, staff are all friendly, excellent room equipment, close to supermarket. The room design feels really great, but relatively wear and tear in kitchen equipments, and the washing machine is broken at my last night"
