“We were excited to stay at the Blue Star motel for the first time! We’ve always stayed right in town normally and this was a change for us. Our room was absolutely beautiful, so quaint, very clean and very comfortable. Loved the back deck area with pavilion and plenty of space to stretch out. The location was ideal as we could avoid the chaos in downtown Saugatuck and opt for other places to try for shopping and for eating. The Blue Star cafe was delicious! And right next door was the best……

“Home itself was average. We had enough supplies for a quick start. They were very responsive (within minutes) if I had a question or issue. Home was within minutes to saugatuck and Douglas beach. ”

“We were not impressed with the room at all. The room was not suitable for 2 adults who are partnered or 2 adults period. The room appeared to have a full size bed. I am 5’4 bodybuilder and my spouse he is 6’0 188. We asked for a change or towels after day one and basically had to give an explanation to why. We were told to set the used towels outside. When we came back the new towels were sitting outside, how sanitary is that? We basically had to clean the place ourselves taking the garage to……
