“Home itself was average. We had enough supplies for a quick start. They were very responsive (within minutes) if I had a question or issue. Home was within minutes to saugatuck and Douglas beach. ”

“Our family really enjoyed the house and its location. With four bedrooms our teenaged grandchildren enjoyed their own rooms. We grandparents stayed on the first floor. The house is located a few blocks from Main St, Douglas and a mile from Saugatuck. This gave us all tons to do as we chose. It was very HOT when we were there so the air conditioned game room came in handy.”

“This place was fairly clean but the manager was totally unresponsive to concerns I raised. God be with anyone during an emergency ”

“We were not impressed with the room at all. The room was not suitable for 2 adults who are partnered or 2 adults period. The room appeared to have a full size bed. I am 5’4 bodybuilder and my spouse he is 6’0 188. We asked for a change or towels after day one and basically had to give an explanation to why. We were told to set the used towels outside. When we came back the new towels were sitting outside, how sanitary is that? We basically had to clean the place ourselves taking the garage to……

“I loved my stay there! The room came with bundles of firewood and a s’mores kit for two, which was absolutely delicious. It was easy to get in touch with the staff via call or text. A lot of reviews mentioned having no signal, but my phone worked just fine.”
