“I like staying here. Yes, it's an older property and a bit worn. The price reflects that though. The other near by properties are much higher in price but it's hit and miss on cleanliness and quietness. But here at the Anchorage it's clean. It's quiet. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful. Whenever I have to come back here for meetings I will stay at the Rochester Anchorage.”

“Right in the middle of where you want to be. It is walkable to all the shops in town, the Marginal Way, the beach and many restaurants along Main Street (Highway 1). This was a very last-minute booking (not planned) as we decided to return to Ogunquit because we loved it so much and only had stayed one night earlier in the week. This place even had a reserved parking spot for our car which was super convenient as you have the pay to park all around. We did not utilize the restaurant but……

“We stayed for two nights and were so pleased. The inn is charming, the staff so friendly and accommodating. While it is not the most modern of rooms … the overall feel is friendly, caring, welcoming… there are great sitting areas throughout with comfy chairs, books, games, puzzles. We enjoyed the historic significance of staying in a former church. It adds to the unique charm of the place. I would highly recommend. ”
