“We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend. ”

“Our rental was great! The house is exactly as it is pictured. The owners were very thoughtful with all of the things they had in the house. They had the perfect amount of beach supplies which saved us from having to buy anything for the beach. The home is spacious and the neighborhood is very cute. We went to the coffee shop across the street. Delicious and we also went to a near by Cuban restaurant. So good. The home is conveniently located so getting around is easy. All in all a great trip.”

“Everything was exactly as advertised and was perfectly located in Lakeland for access to downtown and hopping on the toll road. And the pool! I wish I had time to spend every minute there. I'll rent again if I have business in Lakeland or near by. Definitely beats the hotel options I researched!”

“Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty……

“Loved it all”

“Thank you so much for the amazing stay! At 35 years old this was the weekend getaway with my friends of 17 years that I dreamed of! I get married in September and all my girlfriends have little kids at home so we wanted something in a great location to get to dinners but a relaxing/safe/clean at home atmosphere. This was perfect! Thank you for the amazing communication as well and hopefully you heard us say thank you and goodbye on the ring camera!”

“Most everything is near by. Busch Gardens is right next doo so it would’ve been nice to visit. Raymond James Stadium is 25 mins away so it’s nice. Host was easy to contact and speak to. All rooms were clean, and family friendly. It was a wonderful stay. ”

“Das Haus war super, sauber und bequem, wir hatten uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Nur war die Ausstattung war für 5 Personen etwas knapp bemessen. Eine Informationsmappe, für Geräte und Gepflogenheiten wäre von Vorteil gewesen.Den großen Außenbereich mit Outdoorküche sowie den großen Esstisch haben wir sehr genossen. Die Toilette im Poolbereich war von Vorteil. Wir möchten darauf hinweisen das das Haus direkt in der Flugschneise des Flughafens steht.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt……
