“We visited this house a few days before our cruise. It was perfect for our large group.”

“Great place and amazing host. We asked if they had coffee folters, and briana had coffee and filters delivered to the home. Place very clean and comfortable. I would stay again. We rent homes atleast 2 to 3 times a times a year and she was without a doubt the best host we have delt with. .”

“Overall I had a great stay. The house was clean and spacious for my group. Great parking and good location to Raymond James Stadium. The price was great. There are some room for improvements in the house. The 2nd bathroom door does not latch/lock, the floor mainly in the living room does need to be replaced, and small things like the soap dispensers, towels bars, etc. would fall off if used or had fallen off before we got there. Also the backyard fence is falling down looked like some pretty……

“We had an amazing family vacation at this beautifully renovated home! With adults and kids in tow, the spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bath layout was perfect for us all. The screened in pool was a hit with the children as well as us grown children at heart and the amenities, including the well-equipped kitchen and TVs in every room, kept everyone entertained. The location near Busch Gardens, water park, and the quiet neighborhood added a peaceful touch. The host was accommodating, and we loved the……

“The VRBO was nice, just a few minor defects: there a was a bulb out in the bathroom in the master bedroom, the water pressure in the shower in the master bathroom was low, and the hot and cold indicators for the shower and sink in the master bathroom were reversed. One last thing is to detail where the washer and dryer are located. These are just minor things that definitely do not draw away from how nice this VRBO is.”

Had all the kitchen things you needed. The pool in the backyard was wonderful and clean. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with as she gave my husband the key codes. And responded quickly to text messages. Do not hesitate if you’re planning to stay in Tampa.”
