“Clean, lovely house. Is perfect for 2 couples with 2 beds with en suite baths. One bedroom is kind of small for 2 adults- not one of the ensuites. Location is brilliant. Close to shops, beach, etc. if you want to park and not drive, it’s ideal!”

“This house is in an excellent location. It is close to most of the action is in Bethany and just a few steps to the beach. There are terrific views of the ocean. With five bedrooms and plenty of parking, we were able to invite lots of family and friends to join us for dinner or to stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about anything you might need. Now to the problems. It appears that not much maintenance has been done on this house for 15 or 20 years. The exterior paint is peeling……

The Salt Pond community is conveniently located for all the best things that make Bethany Beach a great place to take a vacation and we were blessed with gorgeous September weather. The house perfectly maintained with comfy beads. We were visited by deer every evening (they don't seem to be bothered by the golfers at all) and geese landing in the pond. Thanks so much ! ”

“The house was spacious, well-appointed, comfortably decorated with a terrific location. We were only about 7 houses from convenient beach entry and boardwalk making easy access to all things we wanted to do. Boardwalk shops, eateries and entertainment were only 3 short blocks away. The “crow’s nest “ deck was pretty cool providing good view of ocean. Bedrooms were very spacious, kitchen adequately supplied and there were plenty of games/puzzles/cards available to play.”
