“We really enjoyed our stay and are sad that this unit is for sale. Who knows if the new owners will be renting it or not? It was sparkling clean, although it's a little shabby (or well-loved, depending on your point of view). Kitchen is very well stocked. Most of all, you can't beat the view from the balconies. One small note: there is no convenient place in the carport for recharging an electric vehicle. There is a GFI outlet, but it does not work. ”

“The owner was amazing and easy to contact when we had a question. According to my GPS watch, this rental is located only 0.01miles from the from the walkway to the beach. It is the perfect location in North Bethany, where the beaches are private and you can still find shells and sea glass on the beach. I found a piece of sea glass as big as the palm of my hand the first time that I walked onto the beach! We saw dolphins, fox, and a grey seal! It is close to the Bethany and Rehoboth boardwalks,……

The proximity to the private beach was perfect for quick trips with the kids without the stress of a “beach day” the location is right between Rehoboth and Bethany and was a great place to rest and recover at nap time.
