“The hotel, itself, is excellent. We've stayed there before. It's our go-to place in Chattanooga. Unfortunately, our stay was cut short by a fall my wife took while walking to dinner. We spent the first night in the ER, and left the next afternoon. So it wasn't a great stay, but certainly not the fault of the hotel.”

“Great stay. Tipping for valet parking is out of hand. You pay $40 per day and they expect a rip for each time you go in an out of the hotel. Parking could get to be the price of the room. ”

“We had a wonderful stay! Our kids were thrilled with the indoor pool, and to our delight, it was actually quite warm despite the frigid temperatures outdoors. I highly recommend getting a corner room because the views were awesome! Everything was very clean and well-cared for. The room seemed newly redone. The beds were quite hard, but that was the only drawback. Excellent location and friendly, helpful staff. ”

“My husband and I had a nice and delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant The Grove. We had the crab cake and salmon, each dinner came with 2 sides and mouth watering little biscuits. The waitress was very nice and gave us time to look around and decide on what our choices would be. When we ordered our delicious meals arrived promptly. We had a jacuzzi room and the jacuzzi was gigantic, so nice to sore muscles. Our experience was fantastic and we will definitely be back.”
