“Great place”

“Thank you for letting us stay in your home! We had a great time in North Padre and the house was comfortable and clean. One thing I think might help is a portable fan because some of us had difficulty with the humidity on the island. Thanks again! We would definitely stay there again!. ”

“Wonderful spacious and clean”

“The property was clean but I didn’t like that it seemed they were not ready to rent it out. I spent days looking and comparing properties for where we were going to stay the weekend. I found this place that was listed at $321 without any pictures but we have stayed at a Puenta Vista property for 2 nights before in March for $381 and that place was great with a washer and dryer too.. First we were contacted that the price was wrong and it was actually $509 not including the $35 Vrbo fee. We……

“This was our third visit to Village by the Beach w/ Padre Escapes. Our unit was just as stated, clean and ready for us. There was plenty of space for grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and 2 boys 13 and 9.Pools were great and we loved being so close to the beach.We had a small hiccup when we got locked out of the condo, but with a couple of phone calls, since it was Sunday night we had a response in about 15 minutes and all was good.We can't wait for our next trip!”
