“Very friendly staffs with high efficiency. On the day we checked out, we stored our baggages in the morning. As we picked up in the afternoon, we realized our belonging may be left in the room. Though our uber had already arrived, staffs still found it shortly after that. Also, enough backup for several disposable items when calling for help. A close location to the airport. A nice and worthwhile place to stay again for the next chance visiting LA.”

“The staff was friendly and a had a smooth check in process. My only complaint would probably be that the building could use an update. The laminate floor were a little warped and lifted a bit when you walked on it and the overhead light in the room made this awful electric buzzing sound when turned on. Overall not a bad experience though ”
