“Our flight was delayed so we arrived a few minutes after the shuttle service stopped. The hotel agent was able to contact the shuttle driver and she picked us up at the airport. “I absolutely loved my room. The decor was beautiful and modern and the mattress was very firm and comfortable. The check-in was smooth (yet busy). The restaurant service was a bit inexperienced but I had nice drinks and good food. I would absolutely stay here again. Great downtown hotel. ”

Though she stilled allow me to check in after I show my email address and phone number. 30 minutes was passed. And, my colleagues was required to slide the credit card twice even though the first slide was approved. "
