“Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. The decor gave the place an elegant feel that was unexpected, even after seeing the photos. We only used one of the bedrooms, but the bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. Truly an immaculate property. Would live there if I could. ”
