“Dear [BW] Team, I stayed at your hotel on May 12, 2025, with a reservation made through HOTELS.COM. At the time of booking, I used one credit card, but a different card was used at check-in. As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges.
