“The staff at this hotel is Great. Every single employee we encountered was happy, polite, friendly and helpful. The room was fine. Clean and adequate. The pillows were not for me because they are feather and just go flat when you lay on them. But overall I recommend as a good place to stay. ”

“This was our first time at the hotel and Indianapolis. What more can I say about the Westin! This was a beautiful hotel and the staff does everything to make you feel like you're the only one in the hotel, even though there was a wedding and a conference going on. The rooms are spacious and clean. We were greeted at the counter by Roshika, who was a gem. She was patient, smiled, and allowed us to check out late.
