“This hotel is an absolute gem! Not only is it lovely, quaint, and beautifully maintained, but the atmosphere is warm and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The customer service was truly above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced – every staff member went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect. “The property was perfect for our visit to Steamboat for a wedding. The location could not have been better, allowing us to walk to downtown restaurants and bars, the rodeo, the farmers’ market and an art in the park event. The condo was very clean and well-furnished, and had all the amenities we would expect. ”

“The two drawbacks but definitely not drawbacks to sway an opinion to not rent this listing though: 1) the two queen mattress could be upgraded and 2) how to park underground the directions were confusing. This could be due to construction. Also note, this unit does not have AC. It did not affect our stay as the weather was only in the low 80’s but anything higher would have been miserable. Would book again.”
