“It's an old hotel, but it is clean and newly remodeled.And in a great location for downtown.”

“Nice old hotel character. Clean. Lovely coming areas with fresh scones for breakfast. Walk to restaurants and shopping. Rooms small - lots of character. ”

“Awesome stay in July in Steamboat! Location was great we walked 20 yards to tube the river and everything downtown was perfect distance for walking around. ”

“Location was fab, overlooking river and Howlesden Hill. Apartment was spacious and well equipped.. BBQ good too. Had one very cold day/night, but heating sorted quickly with owner. Will be back another day for more Steamboat adventures.”

“This is a great condo with an outstanding location. We loved being in town and so close to the river. Being a few blocks from the main part of town gives you peace and quiet but only minutes from whatever you might want. The place is awesome! ”
